About Me
I have been a qualified, practising client-centred psychotherapist / counsellor and case work supervisor for nearly 20 years, working in a variety of settings with a large diversity of people and their unique life challenges .
I am continually humbled to work alongside people, facilitating and supporting their self reflection, self-awareness, growth and their desire and courage to change their lives for the better.
I wholly trust in the potential we all have to thrive and I am driven by a passion to destigmatise counselling to a 'wellbeing', accessible ,equitable activity for every member of our society . So much so that together with a trusted colleague , I have also set up, developed and managed three free counselling services in the community, during my career to date.
